The Landscape

The constraints of flooding and topography mean Bayswater is one of the few sites that can be developed adjacent to Oxford.

The Landscape

Due to the flood plain and rising slopes to surrounding villages, Bayswater represents one of only a very few sites which can be developed.

The natural slope of the land means the landscape impact of the development will be minimised with views from villages to Oxford and the city outwards remaining as they are. Indeed, the slope of the land and country park and Green Belt access will create a new defendable Green Belt boundary based on sensible landscape principles.
