Construction of 750-925 Residential Dwellings

This option would allow SODC to allocate 750-925 homes with associated community infrastructure.

This option would ensure an early delivery of much needed homes in the plan period to 2033. Additional development can also be provided through the development period to 2050, if demand is sufficient, through the safeguarding of land to the north of the allocated site.
